Thanks for the advice shadowgirl. I don't have a lot of time so I figured I'd get these up quick. Any more will be posted with a bit of time in between. Thanks for the critique alffla. I like the idea behind this and somewhere down the road I am going to redo it in oil on board either 3x6 or 4x8 probably from a lower angle of view. Hyelander... in retrospect I think I would not have done the high heels.

Whoa. This is photoshop!? From the thumbnail I thought it was a 3D render! Amazing work, and a great concept as well. My only crit is the armor looks a little fake in some places, but that could be due to the fact that she's a statue come to life Can't wait to see heaps more stuff from you!

good stuff there circus....youre pretty damn good with photoshop. let me ask you something, did you use a photo reference of gwyneth paltrow for this one? i think the face resembles her a lot. anyways, id like to see some texture on the stone/concrete to give this painting more life. i agree with pher in that the stairs' perspective looks a bit off.

really nice work, but... ...a bit is missing! I agree that the armor and wings are great, but there is something wrong with the sword... Maybe it has too real form in comparison with armor. Add a bit of fantasy, leave real swords in museum! Keep good work, hope 2 C it soon!

The statue has sprung to live, with great sweeping strength. She's unstoppable, invincible. But... oh dear, not only has she taken off her blindfold (that which ensures that her judgements are impartial) but the scale isn't just out of balance, but broken! At first the image evokes hope and power, but now I rather doubt that power is going to be moving in our favor... I think we're in trouble.
