Thanks Artoonator. It is always nice to hear from a veteran. Cigaro: This was a warm up to get me on target for a more serious (personal) effort. I am affraid it is a compulsive thing I have managed to put for a long time. Maybe it is an artist thing, in which case you are all just as compulsive Thanks all While I am here if someone has tips on scanning and photographing color pencil art please let me know. The colors here are a a little more harsh compared to the original. This was scanned.

You got it! As for the "harshness of the color, I think I see what you mean, but it in no way subtracts from the work in my opinion. All I can tell you is to save a copy of your scan and mess around with the curves or levels in Photoshop if you have access to it. This is really very well done! There's a reason you are one of my fav artists! +10

absolutely gorgeous. the skin is perfect. shading is amazing on the features. if i had to suggest any changes (not to nitpick. im not one to judge.) the dark line around her chin distracts me. and the neck seems a little flat on the edge with the light line. everything else is perfect. omg, those eyelids. absolutely wonderful work. 5 out of the 5 pts that i can give.
